TheTribeWisdom is a coaching service for corporate team–making. They work with big teams and companies, so the brand identity needed to be serious and trustworthy beyond question, while also having a lighthearted and fun personality.
The team who manages TheTribeWisdom are far from creative: they are executives who won't download neither install, let alone pay for special fonts in the name of pretty design. That's why we used open font Poppins for everything: the corporate font by excellence, available for everyone and easy to use even in web applications.
The monogram touches many different applications so it was very important to keep it clean and minimalistic. It may be printed on a pen, embroidered in a uniform, or placed discretely in the corner of a presentation. We took the initials TTW and designed an abstract representation of the team and the wisdom. To achieve this, we added geometric elements on top of the letters, taking advantage of their human resembling shape.
Finally, the illustrations and the photographic containers work as a compliment to all the corporate applications. They grant the visual identity with the needed light hearted personality, while also showing in a quite literal way the service they provide.
